Deposits & Credit Limits
Flexible credit limits give you the freedom to scale your usage and manage your costs. With tailored credit limits, you can manage your budget efficiently and avoid unexpected costs.
Default Deposit & Credit Limits:
Each of our three plans – PAYG, Business, and Enterprise – come with a default deposit and credit limit. You can make calls up to the value of your monthly credit limit, and you’ll receive email notifications as you reach 50%, 75% and 90% giving you plenty of warning. Should you require either a temporary or permanent adjustment to your credit limit, simply reach out to our team to make a payment or increase your deposit. Your credit limit can be set to any level you choose, regardless of your plan.
Additional Temporary Credit Limit:
If you need extra capacity for the current month, contact our team to make a one-time payment which will be credited against your account. Your credit limit is increased by the same amount for the current month only, and will return to its normal level the following month. Any one-time payments will be credited against your next monthly invoice.
Increasing Your Credit Limit:
You can increase your credit limit to any required level by contacting our team to increase your deposit.
Decreasing Your Credit Limit:
You can decrease your credit limit on request by contracting our team and we will refund any excess deposit.
Keeping Track of your Limit & Spend:
You will find your monthly credit limit at the top of the Your Plan page, along with your current spend.
Making Changes:
To change your credit limit on a temporary or permanent basis, contact our Client Support Team by emailing help@oneautoapi.com or using the Chat function on our website. Please note that deposits include provision for VAT (i.e. £120 deposit is required for every £100 ex VAT credit limit).
Deposit Refunds:
Deposits will be refunded on cancellation, providing all outstanding monies have been paid.
